RegFix - The Swiss Register of Advisers pursuant to the FinSA

Since January 2021, client advisers must be registered in a national register of advisors in order to be allowed to offer their advisory services in connection with financial instruments. For further information on the registration duty, please refer to the Financial Services Act (FinSA) and in particular to our FAQ.

The RegFix register of advisers is operated by the PolyReg General Self-Regulatory Organisation and is represented in all language regions of Switzerland with locations in Zürich, Neuchâtel and Lugano.

In addition to its activities as a registration body, the PolyReg association also operates a Self-Regulatory Organisation for financial intermediaries in accordance with Art. 2 para. 3 of the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and offers training in four languages in the area of the relevant financial market laws.
